Her main areas of focus

She advises national and international firms on all matters around issues in collective and individual law. Particular emphasis is placed on contract design. Another focus of her work involves advising and representing executives and representatives of executive bodies. She also has many years of experience in managing very complex litigation, including representing firms in adversarial proceedings against managing directors and board members (corporate officers’ liability, etc.). In addition, she has extensive knowledge and experience in the field of temporary employment, particularly in transnational constellations.

Anne Diedrich concentrated on labour law even while still a student and has continued to constantly build upon this specialisation ever since. Many years of experience in a major international law firm give her a wealth of experience in handling demanding case constellations in labour law. She relishes the challenge of complex cases.
