The relevant professional rules for lawyers are the German Federal Lawyers Act [BRAO], the Code for Specialist Lawyers [FAO], the Law on the Remuneration of Lawyers [RVG], the Professional Code of Lawyers [BORA], the Code of Conduct of the Council of the Bars and Law Societies of the European Community [CCBE] and the German Law Regulating the Activity of European Lawyers in Germany [EuRAG] as well as the Ordinance on the Implementation of Section 206 BRAO for Lawyers from Non-European Countries.
