As Dr. Stephanie Palm was already working for the founding partners of fringspartners during her studies and her legal traineeship, her focus on labour law began at an early stage.
The focus of her work is on ongoing advice in labour law on behalf of firms with national and international operations, specifically in the law of works constitutions. Transactional labour law is part of her specific focus. Another focus of Dr. Stephanie Palm’s work is on employee data protection, specifically in observance of the specifications instituted under the European General Data Protection Regulation.
Dr. Stephanie Palm passed the theoretical portion of the examination as a specialist in labour law in 2017.
What distinguishes her
In addition to her work as a lawyer, Dr. Stephanie Palm earned a doctorate working with Prof. Dr. Martin Henssler at the University of Cologne. As part of her dissertation, she investigated issues in employee data protection and prohibitions on the use of evidence in proceedings before labour courts.
